Great Room

Dining Room

  • Includes the stage.

  • Seats 128 people at tables.

  • Seats 160 people in rows facing the pretty stage.

  • Accommodates 160 people strolling.

  • Next to the Gym. We can open the wall between them.

Gym

  • Seats 240 people at tables.

  • Accommodates 240 people strolling. 

  • Next to the Dining Room. We can open the wall between them.

Eagle Creek Rates

One Room
 

  • 1 to 50 people - $200 per hour

  • 50 to 100 people - $225 per hour

  • 100 to 160 people - $275 per hour

  • 160 to 240 people - $350 per hour

  • Minimum 2 hours.

Two Rooms
 

  • 1 to 50 people - $400 per hour

  • 50 to 100 people - $450 per hour

  • 100 to 160 people - $500 per hour

  • 160 to 240 people - $625 per hour

  • 240 to 320 people - $700 per hour

  • 320 to 480 people - Please talk to us.

  • Minimum 3 hours.

Three Rooms
 

  • 1 to 50 people - $600 per hour

  • 50 to 100 people - $675 per hour

  • 100 to 160 people - $775 per hour

  • 160 to 240 people - $975 per hour

  • 240 to 320 people - $1,050 per hour

  • 320 to 560 people - Please talk to us.

  • Minimum 4 hours. 

Extras
 

  • Food tables in the grand foyer - $100 

  • Partial kitchen (refrigerators, freezers, warmers) - $100 

  • Full kitchen - $200 

  • Bride's room & groom's room - $100 total 

  • Projector & 9' x 12' screen on stage - $100

  • 60" monitor on wheels - $100

  • The above rates are per event.

Eagle Creek Policies

  • Eagle Creek's Rental Manager will share her personal contact info with you.

  • Eagle Creek's rates include 2 hours of personal time with our Rental Manager:

    • The initial tour: discussing your desires and our polices and fees​

    • The second meeting: planning the lay-out, planning items you are renting

    • The third meeting: finalizing all details

  • Pay 50% when you reserve your date and times. Pay the other 50% three weeks before your event. 

  • The security deposit is 20% of your room rental rate. Pay the security deposit 3 weeks before your event. If there is no damage, theft or excessive cleaning, we will refund the security deposit within 2 weeks after your event.

  • If you are selling liquor at your event, we will help you apply to the state of Michigan for your liquor license. The state will charge you a fee.

  • Eagle Creek does not charge additional fees for alcohol.

Eagle Creek's Dining Room and Gym have beautiful wood floors which are perfect for dancing, so you will not need to rent a dance floor.
